All the information you need to get to Hotel Terme Bologna in Abano Terme, whether by car or public transportation.
Arriving by car
For those traveling on the A4 Turin–Trieste highway, the recommended exit is Padova Ovest, whether you’re coming from Milan or Venice. From there, continue along the western bypass, Corso Australia, until you reach the Abano Terme exit.
For those arriving from the A13 Bologna–Padua highway, the recommended exit is Padova Sud, followed by a drive toward Abano Terme.
Once you arrive in town, the hotel is located at Via Valerio Flacco 29, just a short walk from the center of Abano Terme.
I'm coming from Padua
Padua is one of the most convenient starting points for reaching Abano Terme by public transportation. Buses depart from Padua/Ferrovia to Abano and vice versa on lines A, M, T, AT, and TL. From Monday through Saturday, buses run every 15 minutes until 12:00 p.m.; in the afternoon, on Sundays, and on holidays, they run every 30 minutes. Lines A, M, T, AT, and TL all pass through Padua; Line M also stops in Montegrotto, Lines AT and T stop in Torreglia, and Line A stops in Monteortone. We recommend checking the most up-to-date schedules before departure.
Be careful!
Since the street is one-way, the bus stop for Padua is in front of the hotel, while the stop for the return trip from Padua is behind the hotel.
Arrival from the Montegrotto station
If you’re arriving from the Montegrotto train station, you can reach the Hotel Terme Bologna even without a car. The station is located about 6 km from the hotel and is connected to Abano Terme via the M bus line.
Once you arrive in Abano Terme, you can continue on to Via Valerio Flacco 29, where the Hotel Terme Bologna is located.
Trains also depart from Montegrotto for Venice, on average every 30–40 minutes, with a fare of approximately €5 each way. Direct buses to Venice’s Piazzale Roma and Tessera / Marco Polo Airport also depart from Montegrotto, Monday through Saturday.
