All the schedules and useful information you need to make the most of your stay: reception, thermal pools, wellness center, restaurant, bar, and hotel amenities.
Reception
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Our staff is always available to assist guests with any needs they may have throughout their stay. You can reach the front desk from your room phone by dialing 9.
Check-in
Rooms are available starting at 2:00 p.m.
If you arrive early, please contact the front desk for assistance and useful information about the hotel’s services.
Checkout
By 10:30 a. m.
For any requests regarding late check-out, please contact the front desk directly.
Swimming Pools
Every day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Swim caps are required and can also be purchased at the hotel. Water aerobics classes are also offered in the afternoons from Monday through Friday.
Spa Treatments
Mud Therapy: Monday through Saturday, in the morning, by appointment.
Inhalation therapies: Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., by appointment.
The facility has an agreement with the National Health Service for spa treatments. Among the treatments available are: mud therapy, aerosol therapy, inhalations, and nasal showers.
Fitness Center
Every day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The fitness area is open daily; guests must wear sneakers. The hotel also has a gym with exercise equipment.
Restaurant
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:30 – 13:30
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
You can request breakfast in your room at no extra charge. If you have any allergies, food intolerances, or celiac disease, please let the staff know.
Bar
From 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. / midnight.
To place an order from your room, you can contact the bar directly using the in-room phone.
SPA & Wellness Center
Monday through Saturday, by appointment.
The thermal cave is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p. m., while the sauna is open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The thermal cave is located in the treatment area, while the sauna is next to the indoor pool.
Useful Services
Bicycles
Available free of charge to guests, while supplies last. Electric bicycles are also available upon request for a fee.
Parking
Reserved parking, both covered and uncovered, free of charge.
TV Room / Game Room
There is a space dedicated to relaxation and leisure, designed to allow you to enjoy a peaceful break during your stay.
Wi-Fi
Available free of charge throughout the hotel.
Pets Allowed
Dogs are allowed for a small additional fee. There is a designated area near the outdoor pool.
